webOS 1.4 now available for the Palm Pre and Pixi

Good news, fans, Palm! If you have interference from the wrong button "Update" it's time to tap it to the last: rollout of webOS 1.4 has just started. Catch: It seems that the only Sprint phone immediately (Update. : in the U.S. - but also on O2 UK, O2 Germany, O2 Ireland and Movistar in Europe) with Verizon Pixi Plus and Basic Plus also reported that 1.3 is the latest.

We know it thanks to the February announcement of the Palm CES - and thanks rumor mill we believe will lead to a few weeks ago all. All the false starts and false hopes are now together. We're looking at. reports (thanks twitter!) that is mobile to Sprint.

But curiously absent any reports of the update hitting Verizon Pre / Pluses Pixi is. To improve this issue later in the evening (bit after 10:30 PST) I will not be no surprise if some last minute snags; Verizon update may be held at the last minute or not.
